How to book ?
To make a booking, simply follow the steps below:

1. Select your Check in and Check out dates, city (and category if you wish to narrow down your search), and then click OK.

2. Browse through the list of hotels until you find an offer that suits you. To view all information about the hotel (description, facilities etc.) simply click on one hotel.

3. To make a booking, click on the Book Now button under the room type you wish to book. You will be asked to select the number of rooms you want per night, as well as any. After you have made your selection, click the Continue button to proceed.

4. To confirm your booking, check that all the details of your reservation are correct. You can add additional booking requests and complete your contact details. You will be asked for your credit card information to allow us to process your payment via our secure online payment service. The credit cards we accept are: Visa, Europcard/MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club.

5. Once your credit card details are processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel and a voucher is sent to your e-mail address. The voucher will need to be printed and presented to the hotel upon check in.

Please note – We are not a travel agency; we give internet users the possibility to book accomodations directly online but he booking is made directly with the hotel.

How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure?
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. We never divulge any information in our fully encrypted database account to anyone without your consent. How do I make a reservation for someone else?
To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in his or her name in the "guest name" field. Use the billing address for the credit card you are using as the address.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your reservation. This email will include the dates of your reservation and the price.

How much will be charged on my card ? When ?
A percentage of the booking cost is charged as a deposit for your reservation. The balance is then paid directly to the hotel upon your arrival. The total amounts owing will be outlined in the Secure Payment Form.

Will the hotel receive my booking immediately?
Once your credit card details are processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel. The hotel will also be informed by the real-time booking system.

Cancel or amend a reservation

What is a cancellation policy ?
Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel but are implemented by hotels to avoid holding a room available for a guest who will not use it.

You can access to the general conditions of each hotel by clicking on the “Book Now” button of the hotel of your choice. Therefore you will access to the cancellation policies before confirming your reservation.

In general, you can cancel without any penalty 48 hours in advance before the arrival date at the hotel. When a booking is cancelled 2 (two) days prior to check in date or less, or if you failed to arrive at your hotel, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the booking cost will apply. Please note - when a booking is cancelled, the booking fee equal to the deposit is not refunded.

How do I cancel the reservations I have made?
Reservations must be canceled online.To cancel a reservation, click on Custumer service and go to our Cancel Your Booking form, and follow the the step-by-step instructions. When you contact us, we require any Your Booking ID and Email Address used in the booking

A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.

How do I amend the reservations I have made?
If you would like to increase the length of your stay or the number of rooms in the same Hotel, please book the extra nights/rooms online as a new booking.

Should you require to change a booking from one Hotel to another Hotel, cancel your original reservation and re-book at the desired hotel..

Are the booking and the rate guaranteed?
Yes. All bookings are taken from room inventory provided and updated by the Hotel. The booking is confirmed with the hotel the moment your reservation is processed. There are only a limited number of rooms available at these special rates so book early to ensure you get the best deal.

Is the room per person or per night? What is included in the rate?
Rates are quoted per room on a nightly basis. Additional people, children, rollaway beds, breackfast and other items may be subject to additional charges. All the information regarding rates is located on each hotel's web page

Will breakfast be included in my room rate ?
The details of what is included with your rate will be made clear in the hotel information, which will be displayed during the booking process. Always read the information carefully before booking.

Our children will be traveling with us – do they stay free?
Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parents room using the existing bedding. The age requirements differ depending on the specific hotels policies and may sometimes be viewed in the hotel information.

Are rollaway beds available?
Most hotels offer rollaway beds and cribs for an additional charge (usually $5-$10 per night). Some may have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds. Please include your request in the request section of the reservation page.

The hotel's street address is shown on the hotel's information page. Once a booking has been confirmed, we issue the Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher, which also states all the hotel's contact details.

What if I need a specific room (non smoking, handicapped etc..)?
Please enter your request in the request field of the reservation form. We will submit your request to the hotel and the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability upon arrival.

Does a double room have one double-size bed or two separate single beds ?

What is the hotel check in time? What if I need early arrival?
Hotel check in time vary from hotel to hotel but it is usually any time after 3PM. Early arrival is a request that you should note in the request section of the reservations page. As with any request w will submit your request to the hotel and the hotel staff will do their best to accommodate these requests, however we cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because they are subject to availability upon arrival.
